This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of personal data of users of the Byteory service (the “Platform”, “Service”, “Administration”).

9.4. The User consents to processing of such data as necessary to fulfill payout obligations.
10.1. Administration may amend this Policy at any time without prior notice to Users.
10.2. A new version of the Policy takes effect when it is published on the website.
10.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes means the User accepts the updated Policy.
