- The air shimmers and trembles above lava — stand at the edge of a lava lake and feel the heat
- Only up close (~20 blocks), like a real heat wave — and the Nether is a whole new experience with its lava oceans 🌋
🌊 Underwater Light Rays — NEW!
- Sunbeams pierce the surface and follow you while diving — pairs beautifully with the caustics from v1.1 🤿
- Physically-minded: rays fade away in deep water and flooded caves
🌙 Moon rays — NEW!
- The moon now casts its own silver-blue light rays at night — the same silky god rays you love, tuned for moonlight
- God rays quality maxed by default (16) in every profile — no profile will lower them anymore
🚀 FANCY, now with free FPS
- Relief mapping (POM) now fades with distance: identical detail up close, zero cost far away
- New POM distance slider and a "Texture relief" toggle — pick the look you prefer
🌍 The menu now speaks your language
- The shader menu follows your Minecraft language: English by default, full Spanish included (es_ES / es_MX)
✨ Polish everywhere
- Nether portals now glow their true vivid purple in the Nether too — plus the whole Nether gained bloom: lava and glowstone with a warm halo
- Lily pads fully cleaned up: leaf-shaped shadows, no more ghost squares
- Crisper plant shadows, smarter reflections, powder snow rendered solid, ice no longer glows at night... and a dozen more little fixes

HyperShader v1.1.0 — The Living Weather Update 🌧️⚡
The biggest update yet: the world now REACTS to the weather, the water got a massive glow-up, and shadows went from "nice" to "wait, is that MY shadow?!" — all while staying butter-smooth on low-end PCs. 🥔💨
🌧️ Living Weather — NEW!
- The world gets soaked when it rains: blocks darken and glisten, and puddles form on open ground with real sky reflections and sparkling raindrops 💦
- Raindrops ripple the water surface while the storm lasts
- Cloud shadows drift across the terrain — and they match the exact clouds above your head ☁️
- Full storm mood: overcast gray sky, muted sunlight and gray fog while it rains — the whole world feels the weather
- A rainbow 🌈 appears right after the rain stops... and slowly fades away
- Lightning flashes light up the sky AND the terrain for a split second ⚡
🌊 Water 2.0
- Caustics: dancing threads of light on the bottom — from the surface and while diving 🤿
- Refraction: the underwater world bends and wobbles through the waves
- Foam hugging shores and edges
- Reflections rebuilt: no more streaky artifacts, smooth fade at screen edges, and longer reach at the same FPS cost
🌑 Shadows: fixed & sharper
- Fixed the diagonal stripe artifacts (shadow acne) on sunlit blocks
- Shadows are now so clean that your own character casts a crisp, visible shadow — it was always there, now it finally looks right 👤
- Shadow resolution and distance are now adjustable in-game (up to 3072!) — pick your balance of crisp vs. fast
